Enriching the West Salt Lake community by nurturing purpose, healing, creativity, and connection through accessible and equitable art experiences. The arts naturally unite individuals from all walks of life, regardless of income or cultural background. We are committed to breaking down barriers to artistic engagement by offering free programs and a safe studio space nestled within the West Salt Lake neighborhood.

Our Vision

In tandem with the ever-changing resources of the west Salt Lake City communities, we are crafting an aesthetic, innovative, and inclusive future. Together we’re creating a future community where:

We aim to sustain community through local community resources and partnerships
Quality art experiences will be available to anyone who wants them
We strive to nurture the westside community through visual art, excellent craftsmanship, and social diversity.
We will create a permanent, safe, and free maker space that is broadly known as the go-to place for artists to gather, learn, connect, and create
Free art programs will be one of many resources healing the community
Teachers, directors, participants, students, and volunteers come from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic, gender, sexual preference, and religious backgrounds, and feel that they belong
